Shipping Domestic

Shipping within the United States is done with the USPS. 

Shipping International

Shipping internationally is done with the USPS. Tracking info. will be provided. International customers are responsible for any additional duties or customs charges that may apply.

Returns

Items may be returned for a refund or an exchange if Zooguu is contacted within 3 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition and for the cost of return shipping with delivery confirmation. The item cost will be refunded or a replacement order started upon receipt and inspection.
